Current Members and Officers of the RDC and its Committees
The officers of RDC include the Chair, the Co-Chair, the Vice-Chair and the Secretary. The Chair and Co-Chair jointly head the Council. The NEDA Regional Director serves as the ex-officio Vice-Chair of the RDC, while the NEDA Assistant Regional Director acts as the ex-officio Secretary of the Council.
The major committees are the The RDC En banc, Executive Committee (ExCom), the five Sectoral Committees, and an Advisory Committee.
1. RDC Enbanc (Full Council)
The Regional Development Council (RDC) En banc or Full Council is composed of three major sectors namely: the LGUs, the Regional Line Agencies and the Private Sector. As per EO 30, a representative of the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) is included as a regular member to the RDC.
The En banc is the venue to set directions of all economic and social development efforts in the region and serves as the forum where local efforts can be related and integrated with national development activities.
The RDC En banc is headed jointly by the Chairman and the Co-Chairman who shall be selected and appointed by the President. The Regional Director of the NEDA serves as the ex-officio Vice-Chairman of the RDC, while the Assistant Regional Director of the NEDA acts as the ex-officio Secretary to the RDC.

2. Executive Committee (ExCom)
The ExCom is composed of one-fourth of the total Council membership to be selected by the Council provided all sectoral committee chairmen shall automatically become members of the Executive Committee. Its officers shall be the Council Chairman, Co-Chairman and Vice-Chairman who shall have the same position in the ExCom. Its major function is to act for and in behalf of the Council when it is not in session. The Council shall provide for its other functions.

3. Sectoral Committees (SeComs)
The five sectoral committees include the development administration, social development, economic development, infrastructure development, and the indigenous peoples and concerns.
The sectoral committees shall perform functions analogous to and supportive of the functions of the RDC. They shall review and endorse matters pertaining to their respective sectors in the RDC Executive Committee and/ or the RDC Full Council review and endorse national plans, programs and projects proposed for implementation in the regions.

4. Advisory Committee (AdCom)
The AdCom is created to further strengthen the coordinative and consultative mechanism in the regions. Composed of the Congressmen from the region and members of the RDC ExCom, it shall advise, assist and support the Council in discharging its functions. Membership of a Congressman is voluntary in the sense that they need to signify in writing their intention to join. Current members of the AdCom are:
